The Exercise Program
You can begin this exercise program as soon after the birth as you like, provided you have had no birth complications. But even if you've had a caesarean section, you can safely do the whole program after only 6 weeks.

Spinal flexibility and strengthening
Correct bending and lifting techniques
'Rescue Remedies' to relieve back pain
